Fast-growing cybersecurity infrastructure company is looking for an Event Manager to join their operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that grew from 50 to 180+ employees this year after their Series B funding. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end logistics for two annual company-wide retreats (200-400+ attendees), including project management, vendor coordination, budgeting, RSVP collection, and internal communications. You will also help in planning team off-sites and sales meetings throughout the year. Someone extremely detail-oriented, who can accurately track all moving pieces and communicate information clearly. This is a fully remote role. 120-150K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, flexible PTO, and office stipend.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale company events and retreats from planning to on-site execution, ensuring seamless logistics across venues, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align event objectives, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee RSVPs, track event details and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for attendee inquiries.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and performance oversight.
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, team off-sites, and company gatherings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets to maintain accuracy, cost efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Handle all internal communications around events, such as updates via company channels, clear instructions, and detailed agendas.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning, operations, or project management, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to anticipate logistical needs and potential challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills across teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
