    Qualifications :

  • Doctorate Required.
  • Physician License (MD / DO) - Required upon hire.
  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Required upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required upon hire.
