Property Grounds Keeper

Local multi-family property is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Full-Time Property Grounds Keeper. We are looking for exceptional candidates to learn and grow with our company. We take great pride in our communities and in delivering an exceptional living experience to our residents. Pay is $17.50 per hour. This position is located in both Northville, MI.

Essential Functions :

Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include :
Trash pick-up in common areas and roadways
Sweeping curb areas
Ensuring cleanliness of dumpster areas
Planting seasonal flowers / mulch
Maintaining other property features
Mowing
Weed Whipping
Light maintenance
Complete work orders assigned by the Property Manager

Skill Requirements :

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Positive teamwork attitude

Willing and eager to learn

All staff must adhere to company and industry standards, to include :

Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees

Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines
