Physical Therapist Role $1,988-$2,088 per week

Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Join our team in providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, where your expertise will improve the lives of patients and support their journey to better mobility and independence.

What You'll Do :

  • Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services tailored to individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to maximize physical function and recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Track and document patient progress in compliance with industry standards.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to maintain mobility.

    • What You'll Bring :

  • Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility and helping patients achieve their goals.
  • Experience in geriatrics or a SNF setting (preferred but not required).
