The Marketing Design and Production Coordinator is responsible for upholding the Wild Dunes Resort brand through on-property and online communication vehicles, coordinating projects across departments, and assisting with resort events and content creation.

The Marketing Design and Production Coordinator shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the Wild Dunes Resort culture and promoting Wild Dunes Resort as both a destination and an Employer of choice.

This is an on-site hourly position.

Essential job FUNCTIONS :

• Support team in developing, production, and proofing resort collateral and other communication tools directed to resort guests, members, property owners, and Colleagues, including but not limited to : monthly and weekly newsletters, e-blast creative, seasonal collateral, signage, social media photography / video support, advertising campaign support, resort restaurant menus, brochures, etc.
• Assist with the design, production, and proofreading of marketing collateral and communication tools for Wild Dunes Resort departments, including newsletters, email campaigns, signage, menus, brochures, and other seasonal or event-specific needs.
• Work with printing vendors to request estimates, place orders, approve proofs, identify new processes / efficiencies, and stay informed about production trends.
• Project manage the internal marketing ticket system by ensuring subtasks are created, assigned to the appropriate Colleague, and tracked to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate logistics for events, photoshoots, and other marketing-related initiatives in partnership with resort departments.
• Support holiday and special resort events by attending to assist with coordination and capturing photo and video content as needed.
• Manage the organization of resort photography and logos , ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Participate in weekly departmental marketing meetings
• Track inventory of marketing collateral and supplies to ensure adequate levels are on hand at all times
• Ensure that corporate design and quality standards are met on all creative materials
• Disseminate collateral to resort departments as needed
• Special projects and tasks as needed
