Position Overview
BOLD, Inc. is looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in a residential home supporting a young woman with intellectual and physical disabilities (total care).

What Youll Do
- Support daily routines, personal care, and health needs.
- Foster companionship and meaningful connections through patience, empathy, and encouragement.
- Help organize activities and outings that bring joy and purpose.
- Assist with skill-building, cooking, light housekeeping, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with family and team members to ensure the best care possible.

What Were Looking For
- Experience : Prior DSP or CNA experience supporting individuals with intellectual and / or physical disabilities (total care).
- Female Applicants Only : Due to the personal care needs of the individual.
- Physical Ability : Must be able to climb stairs regularly and assist with daily care tasks.
- Personal Qualities : Clean, organized, proactive, and able to follow a structured schedule.
- Team Player : Willing to collaborate with family and colleagues.
- Bonus Skills : Familiarity with gait belts, assistive technology, or communication devices.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
