We are searching for a Director of Configuration and Data Management to lead a team of 11+ in Configuration Management (CM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), component administration and component engineering. In addition to technical excellence within the CDM function through continuous improvement and innovative thinking, the successful candidate will mentor and develop the team. This role aligns within Mercury's SEIT function, responsible for Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, and Configuration and Data Management.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring and leading a team to excel in a maturing matrixed organization. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a self-starter who thrives on process improvement and wants to make an immediate impact.

Full-Time Equivalent Annual Salary Range : $151,700 - $273,100 for a Director at Cypress, CA
The disclosed salary range is a general guideline for Mercury team members employed at the job level at the location listed above and does not include overtime for eligible hourly employees. Mercury considers a variety of factors to determine individual base salary offers to candidates.
