Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) is a nonprofit human service organization that is committed to increasing the social and emotional well-being of our clients – people throughout Fairfield County. Our Agency builds better lives by offering more than 30 programs that meet needs across all ages, delivering services to more than 13,000 people each year. Our clients reside primarily in Norwalk, Wilton, Darien, Westport, Weston, New Canaan, Stamford, and Greenwich. Our Home Care and Foster Care programs provide assistance to residents throughout Fairfield County, and the Adoption program is both nationwide and international.

Purpose of the Program :
The RISE Program (Ready for Independence, Success, and Employment) is a formalized youth development initiative at FCA serving clients ages 16–24 across Fairfield County. The program aims to close opportunity gaps, break down barriers, and create strong future pathways for young people by providing career and college readiness services, life skills education, and opportunities for employment. RISE aims to serve youth and young adults already engaged with FCA programs (e.g., ASPIRE, Foster Care, Behavioral Health).
Position Summary :
The RISE Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the RISE program, including supervising a team of up to 5 interns, overseeing client services, ensuring quality standards, maintaining community partnerships, and tracking program outcomes. This position plays a key role in designing and enhancing program structure and delivering measurable impact.
