The Commercial Sales Project Manager sells fence and gate products and services to new customers as well as servicing existing accounts. The accounts are primarily commercial, institutional and governmental entities. Sales Project Managers sell our products in person, via email and on the phone, following up on leads, maintaining contact with prior customers, fostering relationships and in other interactions. The Sales Project Manager follows each fence project through completion to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong drive to provide thorough, high quality and timely service.
Responsibilities include :
- Responding to customer requests for proposals.
- Identify customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Tracking and following up on existing quotes.
- Assisting with project execution tasks such as arranging for proper material ordering and clear work orders.
- Great communication with customers throughout the process
- Ensure successful project completion by communicating with the fence crew and the office.
- Timely and accurate invoicing.
- Large volume of phone calls, emails and visiting job sites.
- Prepare and submit activity reports.
- Update and maintain the CRM database to include customer account contact information, past and future sales activities, and notes regarding the account's business opportunity.
- Maintain all prospective customer data in the CRM Database and use the information as a source for prospective customers.
- Communicate frequently with the customer.
- Contact and qualify new prospects.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
