Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of litigation related to secured lending, including civil and title litigation, and bankruptcy matters
- Draft discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions with precision and clarity
- Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Conduct depositions and court appearances with thorough preparation and confidence
- Review title documents, foreclosure files, and respond to lender inquiries
- Provide strategic analysis and budgeting within 24 hours of file intake
- Support staff with legal guidance in a collaborative and approachable manner
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Florida State BarMinimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage-related litigation or other civil litigationStrong legal writing and research skills (WestLaw / LexisNexis proficiency required)Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently both remotely and in-officeProfessional demeanor and commitment to delivering a positive client experienceSkills & Attributes :

Hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in office or remote position for experienced candidate
