You will translate strategy into actionable product outcomes, applying both analytical and creative thinking to prioritize the most impactful opportunities. Working in a fully remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end product initiatives, experiment with new ideas, and continuously improve processes while mentoring teammates and influencing best practices.

Accountabilities

• Translate business strategy into measurable product outcomes, framing opportunities with ROI scenarios tied to engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Lead discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and deep data exploration, to identify member behaviors and underlying drivers.
• Drive prioritization by weighing value vs. effort, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and making clear trade-off decisions.
• Shepherd execution by participating in stand-ups, facilitating design and discovery sessions, and ensuring acceptance criteria and specifications are precise.
• Define and track success metrics for features and experiments, clearly reporting on business impact post-launch.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless member journey from onboarding through retention.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and champion improvements to optimize product processes.
• Mentor peers and contribute to establishing best practices within the product organization.
