Warehouse Inventory Control Associate - FT Morning Shift

ICQA Associate

The ICQA Associate is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy in the warehouse. This candidate is responsible for verifying the completeness and correctness of all orders filled and confirm accuracy for shipment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
• Maintain product identification and location program
• Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them in a timely manner
• Responsible for completing physical inventories / cycle counts / random or receipt audits / reconciliations
• Responsible for verifying items picks and paying detailed attention to matching product item numbers
• Safely utilize forklifts and power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed

Supervision :

This position is frequently supervised by the Inventory Control Supervisor / Lead.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Basic math skills

Ability to read and write

Skills required :

Safety

Time management

Willingness to learn computerized scanning device

Physical demands :

This position requires standing and lifting, up to 50 pounds, for 80% of the day and stooping for 20% of the day.
