Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable High School Track and Field Coach to lead our high school team. The coach will develop athletes' skills, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop student-athletes to compete in interscholastic track and field competitions.
• Plan and lead structured practices focusing on skill development, conditioning, and strategy.
• Assess athletes' abilities, assign positions, and determine meet lineups.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and ensure eligibility compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture.
• Ensure all safety protocols and injury procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the Athletic Director and school staff to support student growth on and off the track.
