The Role
The Director of Product Management - Technical for the Operations Automation program is a leadership role focused on delivering resilient, high-speed, and trusted infrastructure through self-service automation and standardized managed services. This role blends strategic product ownership with program execution excellence to remove operational bottlenecks and foster autonomous infrastructure delivery. You will lead a global organization that defines and executes transformative initiatives, optimizing operating mechanisms and enhancing the developer experience across Mastercard's infrastructure automation platform.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
