Quality Assurance Coordinator - Tennessee

The Charles Lea Center is Looking to Hire a Full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator.

The Quality Assurance Coordinator works under the general direction of the Director of Innovation Coordination Services and is responsible for assisting and supporting the ongoing efforts to streamline and monitor program quality both internally and externally with the administration team at CLC - TN. Specific areas of focus will be monitoring the timely completion of services plans, assuring that plans contain all required elements required by Tenn DDA, and assuring that programs is meeting all contractual requirements and outcomes. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator grounded in person centered thinking, who can foster a creative and forward-thinking approach to providing services in Tennessee.

The Charles Lea Center is a CQL accredited organization that is based in Spartanburg South Carolina and provides services in South Carolina, North Carolina, and recently was awarded a contract with the Tennessee Department of Disability & Aging (DDA) to provide services in their State. • Valid driver's license
