Salary :

Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center is looking for a LPN to join their team!Hours : 10PM-6AM Every other holiday / weekend

What you'll do :

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care and delivers assigned delegated aspects of care to individual residents. The LPN adjusts resident care to facilitate good communication with family, residents and other health team members to best meet and encourage expression of needs from all involved in residents care. The LPN organizes the aspects of care which he / she is accountable for and to the best of their ability, supports the RN to efficiently take care of resident needs.

Education Required :

• Graduate from an accredited school for licensed practical nurses
• Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Wisconsin
• Certification of completion of a pharmacology course
• Meets health requirements
• BLS certification required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Physical Requirements :

Frequently :

Stand, walk, sit, and carry items up to 10 lbs

Occasionally :

Lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., helping move patients or equipment)
