Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 28 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join a high-acuity, fast-paced critical care team. This role involves caring for critically ill patients with complex, life-threatening conditions in a multidisciplinary acute care environment. Key Responsibilities : Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients Monitor and manage life-support equipment, ventilators, and hemodynamic monitoring systems Administer medications, fluids, and treatments in accordance with physician orders Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Assess, document, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition Maintain accurate, real-time charting and uphold all infection control and safety standards Qualifications : Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN a plus Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
