Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain operational standards and ensure guests are satisfied.
• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Directs team, assigns shift duties, and ensures food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Performs, coaches, and trains on new product information and materials.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork; communicates discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintains a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes; completes incident reports as required.
• Partners with the RM and ensures financial and operational metrics are met to achieve profitability.
• Performs in absence of the RM with administrative duties as required.
