As a Security Professional Retail Mall Patrol in Syracuse, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a bustling retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. This position is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the premises as needed to respond to situations and support overall security-related operations. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
