The University of New Mexico Parking & Transportation Services (PATS) is looking for a Supervisor, Parking Services to lead and inspire our dedicated team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading people, and making a meaningful difference on campus every day.
As part of the Parking and Transportation Operations division, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and parking guidance to faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
In this role, you'll :
Collaborate closely with fellow PATS Parking Services Supervisors, the Associate Director of Parking and Transportation Operations, and the PATS Management Team to share critical operational insights and drive continuous improvement.
We're looking for a proactive, team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position requires availability for night shifts from 3 : 00 p.m. to midnight, with hours subject to change based on departmental needs. Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license is a requirement for this job.
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
