Solidify your career as a Design Manager for an established Construction Developer where you will oversee multiple projects across residential and commercial developments and lead on all new & exciting projects in the storage solutions sector.

Responsibilities Managing the BREEAM process pre-, during, and post-construction.

Liaising with the Principal Designer to ensure all information is correct.

Site-based role in Hatfield with occasional on-site visits.

Requirements Experience in a design manager role or similar.

Experience working on storage solution developments.

A strong background in residential developments with a good understanding of commercial.

Commutable to the Hatfield area.
