Requirements
Must have :
I am seeking candidates who are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A fundamental understanding of the MS Office suite, networking basics, and troubleshooting for PC hardware and software is essential. I value individuals who are eager to learn and can adapt to shifting priorities. Effective communication is key, so I require a professional, support-focused approach. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English. You should also be capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs as necessary. Most work will be conducted in an office setting, with minimal exposure to the manufacturing floor. Occasionally, day travel to depot locations may be required, though no overnight stays will be expected.
Responsibilities :
As part of our team, you'll assist end users with basic hardware and software concerns. I need you to respond to support tickets, emails, or calls for help, diagnose and resolve level 1 technical issues, and escalate more complex problems as needed. You will help monitor and manage our security camera system and fire alert system, conduct routine maintenance on IT devices, and support configuration and deployment of IT hardware, software, and systems. Additionally, you'll assist with other fundamental IT responsibilities as directed by the IT Manager.
Company :
I offer a flexible part-time work schedule, but you should be available to work up to 20 hours on-site during regular office hours (7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm), Monday to Friday. Ideally, I prefer candidates who can commit to up to 4 hours daily within this timeframe. I offer competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience, with weekly payments. Employees will also accrue paid time off and can participate in a 401k plan with company matching.
