Title : Delivery Driver Pay Range : $16.00 - $17.25 Location : Phoenix, AZ area Job Type : Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift : Monday-Friday | 5 : 30am 2 : 00pm

As a Delivery Driver for Curaleaf, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations running seamlessly across Arizona. You'll be responsible for ensuring our cannabis products are delivered safely, efficiently, and compliantly from our production facilities to Curaleaf dispensaries and wholesale partners throughout the Phoenix area.

In this role, you will :

• Safely transport products to dispensaries and wholesale partners while following all company and state regulations
• Execute deliveries on time and communicate proactively with the Logistics Manager and dispensaries regarding any delays
• Follow best practices for safety both on the road and during loading / unloading
• Maintain clean, well-kept vehicles and document all vehicle maintenance and issues
• Complete all required delivery paperwork, including checklists and rejection forms
• Partner closely with the Inventory Manager to resolve product-related issues and ensure delivery accuracy
• Collaborate and communicate with dispensaries to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships
• Support other departments when routes are completed, including packaging, labeling, inventory, and general production needs
• Maintain accurate driver logs and uphold compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws
• Work a flexible schedule that may include extended hours to meet operational needs

You have a valid Arizona Drivers License and a clean driving record and can pass a full background check. You're dependable, organized, and committed to following assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures. You understand and follow all state regulations governing cannabis delivery and compliance. You're comfortable driving a Sprinter van or similarly sized vehicle. You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and lift up to 25 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 100 pounds. This position requires close vision at 20 inches or less, distance vision at 20 feet or more, peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) and the ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).

This position has allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, requires exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol, requires daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary, requires the ability to work in confined spaces, has exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms, has exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels, and requires a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility. Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
