We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities :

  • Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.
  • Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests – Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
  • Labeling – Print RFID tags for new jewelry.
  • Returns – Process return, orders and tag items.
  • Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins.
  • Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.
  • Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory. Competencies :

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!

  • Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc) Requirements :
  • High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
  • Base pay range : $18.50 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications. #LI-WK1
