Title :

  • Chemist I  Reports to :  Sr.

Chemist  Department :

  • R&D- Skincare  Responsibilities :   Maintain a lab note book.
  • Make batches.
  • Create ingredient qualitative and quantitative list.
  • Check next day specification from previous day batch.
  • Follow up with on-going stabilities.
  • Communicate with raw material vendors.
  • Attend in-house vendor presentations.
  • Enter formulation into the company formulator.
  • Review results with supervisor.

    • Analyze lab batch measuring physical parameters :

  • Viscosity, pH, and Density.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (or Biology that has had chemistry and organic chemistry classes).
  • Well organized and highly detail oriented.

    • Must work well with others and communicate effectively.  Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds.  Compensation & Benefits :
