Job Title : Personal Injury Attorney
Location : West Los Angeles, CA
Base salary : up to 175k+ bonus
Benefits :Our client, a defense law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team.
- Qualified candidates will have litigation and personal injury experience
- Enjoys Litigation
- Motions
- Discovery
- Depositions are a plus
- Trial prep
- Taking and defending expert and witness depositions
- Drafting original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex matters
- Drafting discovery requests and responses to be exchanged with various parties
- Developing client relationships through oral and written communication
- Preparation for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists
- with high energy, willing to do whatever it takes to complete responsibilities on deadline
- Experience in a billable work environment
- Experience with legal research
- Experience with independently handling a caseload
- Superior written and oral communication skills with attention to detail
- 3+ years of personal injury
- 3+ years of litigation experience are required
- Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed in California
