What You'll Do

In this key role, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring our financial foundation stays strong and accurate. Your days will include :

• Reconciling customer deposits and key balance sheet accounts
• Maintaining and balancing key accounts with precision and care
• Jumping in to process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments when needed.
• Driving a smooth month-end close from journal entries and accruals to variance analysis
• Keeping internal controls and documentation sharp and audit-ready.
• Partnering with leadership on special projects, reporting, and financial insights that support smart decision-making
