As a Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you'll be our customers' first and last point of contact, providing prompt, safe, and courteous transportation to and from the airport, making each ride a memorable part of their travel experience.

You will :

• Customer Service Excellence : Greet every customer with a warm smile, offer luggage assistance, and ensure they feel welcomed when they board.
• Safe & Efficient Transport : Safely transport customers to and from the airport while following all Shuttle Driver guidelines and maintaining scheduled routes.
• Route Knowledge & Communication : Familiarize yourself with the airport layout and use effective radio communication to stay connected with the team.
• Shuttle Care : Maintain a clean, comfortable shuttle environment for our customers, ensuring each trip is pleasant and stress-free.
• Teamwork and Collaboration : Work with the team to maintain service flow and create a supportive environment for customers and colleagues.
• Regulation Compliance : Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations for operating commercial vehicles to ensure safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
