We are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to join our team and help us grow through community engagement, lead management, and hands-on project oversight.

Job Summary :

The Project Manager plays a key role in both sales and operations, responsible for generating new business, managing company-provided leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project success from inspection to build completion. This is a field-based role that requires strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a deep understanding of storm restoration and insurance claims processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify potential clients affected by storm damage.
• Run company-provided leads and convert them into signed contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and industry professionals.
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish, ensuring they understand each step.
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify storm-related damage.
• Collaborate with the in-house supplement team to help get additional insurance funds approved.
• Attend job builds to maintain client satisfaction, answer questions, and collect referrals or new leads.
• Document project details and progress in the company CRM system.
