Description

Title : Machine Project Coordinator

Established for over 50 years, Yamazen Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, including machine tools and injection molding machines. We service manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and I.T. industries.

We are looking for a Machine Project Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative, logistical, and customer service support to the Sales team. This position involves processing and tracking machine orders, maintaining customer records, resolving order-related issues, and coordinating communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments. The role also oversees order documentation and assisting with customer inquiries. The Machine Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the machine order process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide sales team support by gathering product and service information, checking back orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Coordinate communication between vendors, customers, and Yamazen during the machine order process, including specialty orders.
• Resolve customer product or service issues by determining the cause, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up through resolution.
• Review, verify, assemble, and store accurate order documentation including notes, options, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate and monitor all logistics related to domestic and international machine shipments, installations, and training schedules.
• Update and maintain CRM data and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking of activities and status.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other communication channels.
• Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and assist with other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits :

Range : $47-66k
