Come join our team of Planned Maintenance Support Technicians! We are expanding our Maintenance Department and looking to add technicians to our De Pere team. This is an entry level position in performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance activities within the maintenance department. The main responsibility of the position is to perform all preventive and predictive maintenance activities within the company. Hours :

• 5 : 00AM - 3 : 00PM
• Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday depending on department needs; once determined days will remain fixed
• Occasional overtime as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Must have good problem-solving skills.

3. Must understand people to be able to communicate and work effectively with them.

4. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

5. Ability to effectively take directions and execute its completion.

6. Ability to give, receive and analyze information.

7. Ability to meet deadlines. May be required to work some overtime.

8. Knowledge of and the ability to speak the English language fluently.

9. Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.

10. Ability to read, comprehend and follow implicit and explicit written or oral instructions.

11. Must be able to communicate and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.

12. Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school with additional experience in mechanical and or electrical work but not required.

13. Requires nearly constant concentration along with attention detail.

14. Ability to use hands for 100% of work time (e.g. wrenches, screw drivers, drills, etc.); and reach above shoulders for 25% of work time.

15. Ability to : stand and walk for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time.

16. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of less 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds or less 15% of work time and up to 75 pounds or less 15% of work time.

17. Ability to : see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.

18. May lift up to 100 pounds.
