Develops the material strategy and leads the activities for Cuisine Solutions in all phases of the business acquisition process advising Sales, Procurement, and Logistics, partners on capacity, timeframe, and order fulfillment outlook. Ensures that prior to program execution, all elements of the proposed program(s) plans have complete and accurate schedules, budgets, make / buy plans. Leads supply chain program execution and is accountable for resource planning, material and subcontract cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk / opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution alongside Purchasing team. Develop and execute production plans and schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency, minimize lead times, and meet customer delivery requirements. Develop and maintain capacity models to be used in current planning, and future strategic planning Lead project teams to execute projects according to established plans, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines Coordinates with international manufacturing plants, import and export partners on sourcing of products from the other locations in France and Thailand. Plan, schedule and manage the timely sourcing of raw materials as it relates to upcoming production according to PO and Sales plans. Coordinate with Operations for proper production planning and forecast, staffing needs, storage and transportation. Monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and implement contingency plans as necessary. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Production Planning Manager

SUMMARY : The Production Planning Manager is r esponsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of production schedules across several manufacturing plants in multiple states.
EXPERIENCE :
- 5 years of supply chain, program management, production planning, purchasing or closely related experience
- Experience working with integrated planning and production management systems
- Understanding of general procurement and subcontract execution workflows
- Understanding of general manufacturing and purchasing workflows, shift schedules
- Develop a deep knowledge of production lines setup, workflows, shift schedules and output to proper plan for production needs
- Have experience using Planning systems
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of internal and external business partners
- Ability to work under limited supervision. No instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments
- Understanding of forecasting and planning with an emphasis on driving execution
- Capable of applying highly analytical approaches to problem solving.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficient; Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- This is a remote position.
