About the Position

The company is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex heavy civil and underground utility projects in the Denver area. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead heavy civil and underground utility projects from planning to completion
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Coordinate daily with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Serve as primary point of contact for municipal and private clients
• Ensure accountability across both self-perform and subcontracted work
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
