Seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to manage a Northern California industrial portfolio. Responsibilities include tenant relations, financial reporting, compliance, and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships and resolve requests
- Oversee leasing compliance and move-ins / outs
- Coordinate construction and capital projects
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and CAM reconciliations
- Supervise vendor contracts and performance
- Support acquisitions and dispositions
