Duties of a Customer Service Team Member are :
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on AT&T services.
- Deliver a seamless and friendly customer experience, from initial greeting to final sale, ensuring a positive impression.
- Present and sell a wide range of AT&T products, including mobile plans, internet services, and entertainment packages.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current AT&T promotions and offerings to inform customers accurately.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team Member team to achieve collective sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Process new customer activations and service upgrades with precision and attention to detail.
