Key Responsibilities
Hire, recruit, and lead a high-performing team focused on monitoring and responding to alerts related to student well-being
Build scalable solutions and process-driven approaches to support team operations
Monitor and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators while driving continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing teams of 15 or more members
Experience in Customer Support operations with a focus on staffing and contingency planning
Background in social-emotional youth support or related fields
Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Emotional resilience to discuss sensitive topics related to youth safety
