General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team at a precast concrete facility. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm or 5 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be part of a team that constructs precast wall panels used for exterior siding in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities :

• Construct forms for wall panels using tools such as hammers, tape measures, and saws.
• Pour concrete using a crane system and install rebar.
• Polish and finish concrete surfaces.
• Install hooks into dried concrete wall panels and prepare them for transportation.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
