Member Service Representative

Job Description

What You’ll Do :

• Guide members through the loan process—from application to closing—while delivering exceptional service and proven sales results.
• Conduct personalized interviews to understand and fulfill members’ current and future financial needs.
• Process consumer loan applications and close loans with confidence, offering relevant products and services.
• Handle all member service transactions with professionalism and care.
• Build lasting relationships with members, becoming a trusted financial resource.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals, including consumer loan origination targets.
• Complete all necessary certifications and registrations to stay sharp and compliant.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
