Client seeking Physician and Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant for family practice opportunity in St. Albans, VT from December 2 - 5, 9 - 12, 23, 26, 30, 31, January 2. Hours are Monday / Wednesday / Thursday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm with a 30-minute break; Tuesday, 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, episodic care, preventive care, and possibly occupational health services. Duties include conductions histories and PE, prescribe medications / medical treatments, and external referrals. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room.
