Salary based on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)

  • Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 501-unit luxury mid-rise in Lauderhill - immediately adjacent to W Commercial Blvd and N University Drive! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in on-site property management.
  • Assistant Community Manager experience is preferred.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work the first or second Saturday of the month, with an alternative day off during the week, to help with collecting rent or 3-day notices.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus!

    • Work Details :

    Work Days : Monday – Saturday

    Work Hours : M-F 9 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm; Sat 10 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm

    Required License or Certification : Valid FL Driver’s License
