As our Evening Property Maintenance Technician, you'll earn $18.75 per hour , plus a $3.00 weekend differential. We also offer Excellent benefits and perks , including :

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in manual labor, driving / delivery roles, or maintenance work is preferred.

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time position with a consistent overnight schedule of 8 : 30 PM–4 AM . You'll work 5 days on and 2 off , giving you the balance you need while making an impact every night.

As our Evening Property Maintenance Technician, you'll start each shift with a thorough inspection of assigned properties to ensure cleanliness and safety. Your responsibilities include removing debris, operating maintenance sweeper vehicles, and addressing safety hazards. Collaborating with your team, you'll help maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors. You'll also take pride in keeping the sweeper trucks clean and operational, contributing to the overall quality and appearance of the properties we serve.
