Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Patient Care Specialist team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Oversee daily team operations, ensuring efficient and compassionate management of patient cases
Establish and evaluate performance metrics to ensure goals are met and exceeded
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in patient navigation, care coordination, or digital health operations
3-5 years of people management experience in healthcare or customer support environments
Strong organizational and data-driven skills for monitoring performance
Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and commitment to HIPAA compliance
Experience with self-funded employer benefit plans or bundled payment models is a plus
