NON-CDL DELIVERY DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION

In this dynamic Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver position at American Window and Glass, LLC in Cincinnati, OH, each day presents a blend of driving and hands-on warehouse work. You will be responsible for making timely deliveries of window and door products in the southwest portion of Ohio and Northern Kentucky, and in this customer facing role, providing high quality customer focused service will be a top priority. When no deliveries are scheduled, you'll also be involved in crucial warehouse tasks at the branch including loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks, organizing products, and maintaining the general upkeep of the building.

To be successful in the Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver position at American Window and Glass, LLC, candidates must possess a strong set of skills and experiences. Prior box truck driving experience is essential, as you will navigate urban and rural routes with confidence. The ideal candidate should hold a DOT card or be willing to obtain one, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.

Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and manual labor is crucial, as you will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting with general upkeep. Strong organizational skills and an ability to adapt to changing priorities will help you thrive in this role. Furthermore, effective communication and a customer-centric mindset are vital for building relationships and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.

Requirements for this position are :

• Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
• Box truck experience; DOT card preferred or able to obtain one
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Able to work Monday-Friday from 730am-4pm
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test and random drug tests thereafter
