Come work for our growing company! The Yard Laborer will assist the crew in a variety of duties in our precast concrete yard. Loading concrete products on various delivery vehicles, ensuring its safety for transport is a key responsibility of this position. MUST be bilingual (speak english and spanish).

Experience and Skills Needed :

• The ability to lift 50 pound repetitively several times a day
• Physical ability to climb up and down ladders multiple times per day
• Signaling and rigging experience is a definite plus
• General understanding of yard vehicles and equipment
• General understanding of concrete preferred
• The ability to follow direction from supervision
• The ability to work in inclement weather conditions, year-round
• Good housekeeping skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to operate equipment safely, including front end loader, fork truck
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality
• The ability to work overtime as needed
• Willingness to be at work on time every day!
