Our client,?Equity Roofing, a highly rated roofing company with an office located in?Goshen, Indiana, with a reputation for listening to customers and delivering 5-star service is seeking a?Customer Success Manager (Inside Sales)?to join their Sales Team.

Performance objectives for this Inside Sales role include :

  • Managing the new lead intake process.
  • Fostering successful customer relationships through a full life-cycle account management approach : sale to project completion.
  • Coordinating scheduling / customer visits, and presentations for the outside sales team.
  • Setting up sales opportunities through various tools (CRM, etc.) and assisting the outside sales team in delivering an effective presentation to customers.

Required skills and experience :

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability type quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable learning and mastering new software programs and other technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate a professional discussion through various channels such as phone, email, Teams / Zoom.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with different personalities and skill sets.
  • Prior experience in a sales or similar administrative role preferred.
  • Prior construction or roofing experience preferred.
