- Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.\n
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\n
Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change order management.\n
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.\n
Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers.\n
Collaborate with internal teams to support preconstruction planning and value engineering.\n
Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor performance and resolve issues.\n \n

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.\n
8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.\n
Proven track record managing projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, multifamily, or industrial.\n
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.\n
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).\n
OSHA 30 certification preferred.\n \n
