As a Service Contract Specialist, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. The Service Support Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to a Sales Team and end customers. Emphasis is given on the ongoing development of existing and perspective service customers to ensure that the team is able to meet established growth targets.

As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Research accounts, identify key account contacts, and generate interest.
• Research and prepare pre-call documents for Sales Team
• Maintain and expand the Salesforce database within the assigned territories.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to build opportunities and finalize service agreements.
• Represent Service in a professional and positive manner.
• Act as a Corporate Liaison for the Sales Team by working with all Internal Departments
• Complete Service Proposals
• Obtain purchase orders from end customers for Service Agreements
• Manage Salesforce system, including the update of opportunity stages
• Manage Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) annual review process
• Reconciliation of annual multi-year purchase order service agreements for Sales Team
• Execute on the service contract strategy, including timely contract preparation, accurate implementation, and adherence to renewals.
• Liaison between Commercial and Legal team for contract negotiations and redline processes.
• Measure contractual obligations and build operating mechanism for third-party contracts.
• Create accurate and timely invoices to customers per the contractual terms.
• Operationalize new marketing programs and support new product launches.
• Provide full customer service and responsiveness to manage order fulfillment in the areas of product, inventory and price, as well as provide full resolution to contractual issues and shipping discrepancies.
• Drive process innovation to develop / identify procedural gaps, improvements, efficiencies, achieve results and enhance customer relationships.
• Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, processes, and values.
• Learn to create and perform ad-hoc analysis / reporting as requested.

What You'll Bring

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base hourly range of $40,000 - $55,000. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills / experience, time in role, business line, and geographic / office location.
