INSHUR is a leader in insurtech for the on-demand economy, trusted by platforms such as Uber, Uber Eats, Amazon, Bolt, Ola, and FreeNow. We are redefining the future of mobility and are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. We are headquartered in New York City with offices in Westlake, CA; Dallas, TX; the UK; and the Netherlands. The company supports a hybrid working model and offers remote work with in-person collaboration in our New York office at least two days a week.
You will work on multiple brands as we reinvent the industry in markets across the UK, US, and the Netherlands. You will report to the CEO and join a collaborative team of about 250 people to build a world-class brand and marketing engine that supports INSHUR’s growth.
What you’ll do
Develop and coordinate a global marketing strategy across the US and Europe, guiding major initiatives and setting the vision for all efforts
Create a scalable demand generation engine with multi-channel acquisition strategies focused on the US market
Guide brand and narrative development, collaborating with external brand and PR agencies to define INSHUR’s market identity
Partner with Product and Sales to design and deliver regional go-to-market strategies
Develop and mentor a dedicated marketing team and support growth of marketing professionals
Support data-informed decision making using analytics and ROI metrics to improve performance across marketing channels
Ensure marketing compliance by embedding regulatory standards into strategies and campaigns
What we’re looking for
Essentials to flourish in the role :
Proven Marketing Leadership : Demonstrated success in senior roles at insurtech, fintech, or spin-out insurtech brands from traditional insurance carriers, or candidates from high-growth SaaS
T Shaped Marketing Expertise : Broad understanding across major marketing domains with deep performance marketing expertise
Strategic & Hands-On : Ability to develop strategy while performing hands-on execution
Data-Informed : Strong analytics and attribution skill to drive performance
Product Marketing Expertise : Experience launching and nurturing new technology products
Brand & Narrative Leadership : Ability to define brand positioning and craft market stories
Regulatory Understanding : Familiarity with regulated environments, ensuring compliant campaigns
Additional distinguishing skills :
Background in Insurtech or On-Demand Economy is a plus

Screen & Intro : 45-minute video call with Head of Talent Acquisition
First Interview : 60-minute video call with Exec & Chief of Staff
Case Study : Brief take-home task followed by in-person interview with CEO, CFO, and Marketer
Final Stage : 60-minute video call with CEO & People Director

Budget for this role : $180,000-$245,000 , with flexibility for the right candidate
