General Description of the Job Class

Manage and supervise functions of Duke Cardiopulmonary (CP) Rehabilitation; ensure effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative and clinical policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities of this LevelPatient Care & Compliance

• Manage and supervise delivery of patient care for Cardiac Rehab and Pulmonary Rehab programs.
• Ensure compliance with clinical patient care standards, regulatory requirements, and established policies and procedures.
• Assess clinical needs based on customer feedback (e.g., physicians, patients) and develop programs to meet those needs.

Preferred Qualifications

A background in Physical Therapy (PT) is preferred due to the clinical and operational nature of the role within Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation.

Required Qualifications at this LevelEducation

Required : Graduate from an accredited Bachelor's program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Audiology.

Preferred : Master's or Doctorate in one of the above fields.
