Work days / Shift Hours : (4-days / 10+hrs), Friday / Saturday / Sunday / Monday, 6 : 00 am - 3 : 30pm.

Additional Relevant Information : Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery and Stocking Experience Preferred.

Compensation : Starting pay ranges from $17.29 to $21.42 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
